As a subscriber of KPS you'll receive complete access to the KPS Participating Provider Network, which includes First Choice Health, Providence and MultiPlan Networks, with no referrals (Home Choice plan has limitations). So we've got you covered wherever you go.

The Healthy Investor™ is a HSA plan that offers individuals and families high deductibles in exchange for lower premiums. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are special tax deductible accounts that offer you the opportunity to pay for qualified medical expenses or invest your HSA funds and grow them tax free to better support your future healthcare needs. This plan offers catastrophic-type coverage. There are two deductible options for individuals ($1,750 and $2,600) or families ($3,500 or $5,150). Coverage includes preventive care (including an annual eye exam, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and prescription discounts.

KPS Health Plans has included a prescription discount program in The Healthy Investor™ Individual HSA Plan. In a continuing effort to provide the most savings to our members, we are pleased to announce the new MedImpact/MemberHealth Preferred Price Program at no cost or obligation to you!!

The new program is easy to use. As a Healthy Investor™ Individual HSA Plan subscriber, simply present your KPS Health Plans member ID card at any of the participating pharmacies when you need to obtain your prescription. You will receive your discount at the pharmacy when you purchase. There are no forms to fill out and no additional enrollment is necessary.
